- Retainer — recurring fee for an ongoing relationship.
- Per review — flat fee per email, SMS, or letter approved.

Am I in an attorney–client relationship with the agency?
No by default. Reviews are advisory under our panel agreement, not a direct retainer. Convert to a direct relationship anytime — we don’t take a fee on the follow-on work.
What about malpractice / E&O insurance?
Active E&O coverage required, with a panel-level policy on top. Specifics during onboarding.
How much volume can I expect?
Depends on specialty. Generalist FDCPA reviewers see steady weekly volume; state specialists (NY DFS, MA, DC bilingual) see less but earn more per review.
Can I route my existing clients’ reviews to myself?
Yes — and we waive the take rate on those. The platform value becomes the audit trail, the published-block library, and direct billing.
What if my flag gets overridden?
Every override is signed and visible in the audit log.
